Since its founding in 1967, ENDO Lighting has performed steadily and earned trust as a specialist manufacturer of lighting. Our aim is to create high value-added spaces that are considerate to people and the earth, contributing to society as “the No. 1 Company in the Area of Ethical Solutions.” Light has the power to do more than simply provide illumination. It can also support relaxation, comfort, peace of mind, and health. We continue to engage in the challenge of exploring the unknown potential of light to bring happiness to people through its effects on the mind and body.

ENDO Lighting has pioneered new markets in lighting, leading the world in the successful commercialization of practical LED lighting equipment. As a pioneer in LED lighting, we contributed to an energy- and resource-efficient society, and also started research into dimming and color tuning and wireless control. We have also been focusing on the relationship between the body’s internal rhythm and light, aiming to realize well-being through the creation of “lighting environments” that are attuned to people, such as office lighting that promotes a healthy internal body rhythm and educational environments that support children’s development. We are also starting to look beyond the scope of lighting to the concept of total control for overall optimization of spaces by networking with various other systems including air conditioning, sound and sensors. Through these initiatives, we will create “light-based solutions that solve social issues.”

With more than half a century of history behind us, we are now turning our attention to the wider world. With manufacturing sites in Japan, Thailand, and China, and a strong sales network extending into Asia, including India, we will accelerate the creation of value on a global scale. Guided by our management philosophy, “harmony and perpetuity of individuals and the organization,” we will thoroughly pursue the potential of light to bring about human happiness and work toward a sustainable future.
